I just got my replaced Inspire HR fitbit and this one doesn't do anything but give me a smile face this is so disappointing I try and contact live chat and I do everything there I am told to do still nothing try and get back on to get more help to be told that I used all my attempts and to try later. All I want is to get this thing working
