Today my replacement Fitbit quit working.
I had preordered the Fitbit Inspire HR back in March and it worked for 6 weeks then quit working. I contacted customer support with the issues and was told that they were not aware of these issues with anyone else. I received a replacement about 2 weeks later which was a huge inconvenience as I had run my first half marathon with no tracker. Today my replacement Fitbit inspire HR quit working. When I contacted customer service, I requested a full refund (since these are obviously faulty devices) and was told that since it had been 45 days since my first purchase that I was not eligible and could only receive another replacement. My issue is that I do not want to continue to receive faulty Fitbits and go weeks in between without a tracking device. With these issues, they should recall this type of Fitbit and give refunds.
My suggestion is to ask for a full refund if it has been less than 45 days.

Iv just received my fitbit iv set it up and now it just keeps turning itself on the screen keeps scrolling without being touched and the battery isn't even lasting a day

My product is not even six months old. It stopped working in November. According to the forums, they were aware of the issue and as of today IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. I want a refund. Tech support is WORTHLESS. a new person every time that asks me to repeat the same stupid crap over and over. It should all be documented in the case.
I want my money back.

Hi ive had mine replaced after less than 6 months started by running out of battery every day and then total blank screen and in the year after 4 more times it was replaced.

Talk to customer service they offered me another replacement (number 6 ) a reconditioned one not brand new as usual
im not taking their 50% offer as you can only use it on the older models anyway
