What are the chances of rolling back my updates to the time when my Inspire HR synced all day and I could turn off the annoying tips that pop up whenever I open my app?  The lack of control choices is really making me rethink my loyalty to Fitbit.

re you talking about app updates or firmware updates? You cannot rollback a firmware update. You can find older apps for Android here: https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=fitbit&__cf_chl_jschl_tk__=ea79528...

I assume updates that are not firmware.   Each time my IOS apps update I loose options to pick and choose what I see and how I would like to control syncing my Fitbit to my app.  I’d like to make those choices for myself.
