Suddenly iPad has stopped syncing last evening. Have tried all the suggestions to no avail including an agent. I have it installed with MyFitnessPal program on my iPad as well as my laptop. For years I must sync on my laptop and then I can sync on my laptop. If I uninstall the Fitbit will it lose the data already stored there or what other options are there?

My Inspire HR has not synced since I did the recent IOS update on my device. I’ve gone through all the steps to re-sync and nothing is helping.

I can sync on my iPhone, but not my iPad. Both have newest iOS updates but fitbit cannot be found on iPad. Turned bluetooth on and off, restarted iPad and fitbit. Nothing seems to allow iPad to find the device. I rarely use my phone (only when I leave the house for extended periods) but use iPad all day. Why was the fitbit suddenly not paired and how do I fix that?

Since my iPhone XR software updated overnight, it won’t sync with my inspireHR

I called 877-623-4997 and was on hold for 20 mins but finally spoke to a woman at Fitbit. We tried all the troubleshooting I had already done but still wouldn’t sync. She told me to keep trying!

I finally got mine to sync. I turned off bluetooth on my phone (which was in a different part of the house, not close by) then went to fitbit app on my iPad. Made certain everything was up to date with app version (checked to see if the same on both phone and iPad (they were) and suddenly it began to sync. Turned bluetooth back on on my phone. We'll see later if they stay connected and will sync. Keeping my fingers crossed......
Found here:
Can't find device > Why won't by Fitbit decide sync> Trackers and watches >iPhone or iPad
I knew my bluetooth was on and didn't realize that the phone, 2 floors away, would be interfering with the iPad so while I made certain that the iPad didn't have another bluetooth connections, I skipped the part "If you use more than one device to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it."
Hope this helps others

I updated iOS last night today the Inspire HR is listed as a Bluetooth device but not connected. When I try to connect it states it cannot find device. I have the most up to date app & Inspire software (checked both). I only have app on phone; not iPad so that is not the issue. Restarted Inspire, turned Bluetooth on and off on phone as well as turning Bluetooth on and off all to no avail. About to delete Fitbit app & reinstall - hope I don’t lose everything. I’m sure it’s the iOS update that caused the problem just looking for the fix

Deleting the Fitbit app is about the only thing I haven’t tried for this pesky issue. Please post back and let us know if that solves the issue.

As my previous message indicated....NOTHING WORKED including deleting and reinstalling the app.
They are sending me a replacement watch.

I had previously posted that my Fitbit Inspire HR has not synced with the app since I did the recent IOS update. This morning, it started showing an incorrect time. Hey Fitbit - get these problems fixed ASAP or you'll lose a long-standing customer.

Deleted and reinstalled the app and it still won’t sync. The Fitbit is listed under my Bluetooth devices but listed as not connected - when I click it to make it connect - which works for any other Bluetooth device - it still does not connect. I removed all other Bluetooth devices (asked phone to forget the device) and still no luck.
hoping someone finds the miracle cure
