Unable to sync Inspire HR

Suddenly iPad has stopped syncing last evening. Have tried all the suggestions to no avail including an agent. I have it installed with MyFitnessPal program on my iPad as well as my laptop. For years I must sync on my laptop and then I can sync on my laptop. If I uninstall the Fitbit will it lose the data already stored there or what other options are there?

I have the same issue. Since I update phone it will not synch. Help!

Same experience with it saying it is trying to synch with an Apple Watch

Did you ever resolve your connection isdues? Mine is connected, but I've tried EVERYTHING I could find and nothing fixes that mine has the incorrect time. 

It has the date correct. But nothing fixes the time. Believe me I've researched and tried every suggestion. Thanks, Tanya

Same issue. All seem to be connected except the time. I searched and tried every step suggested. I can't get it to sync the correct time. Frustrated! I also have Inspire HR

The correct time was never an issue for me. I just couldn't get it to sync with my phone. Turned out to be user error on my part. My kids bought me the Fitbit. I thought I had the Inspire. Turns out I had the Inspire HR. Once I figured that out, everything worked fine. Sorry I can't be more help.

Yes, My Fit Bit HR is doing fine now. I went into settings, bluetooth
and it showed me that my HR was not connected. I deleted it off my cell
phone and then went into the app and it worked fine from then on. It
now shows in Settings - Bluetooth - connected. This is what someone
else told me to do. I have not had any problems with the time at all.

Good for you ! I had the same problem and did what you did,
uninstalled the program reinstalled and Bluetooth recognized my
Fitbit . I had anotherFitbit but it never did connect so I just chucked the
Fitbit. It can get frustrating but now your good to go.

Thank you, as soon as I turned the bluetooth off on my android phone, it worked!

Honestly, it is probably an iPhone update. What I do is "unfriend" my
Inspire HR in settings -> bluetooth. Just remove it and it will reappear
under other devices on the bottom, so I do that regularly to resync. O/w I
have no idea.

I had to turn my Fitbit off then restart it. You do this by connecting it
to the charger and holding the side button in. You will see a smile on the
watch screen when it turns back on. It should be correct time.

No, I did not resolve my issues. After a fun 6 months, I had to ditch my Fitbit. I’m so disappointed. My daughter was gifted a new Apple Watch, so she let me borrow her older Apple Watch. It keeps me entertained for now. Good luck!

I spoke with online help and although setting up fitbit on my laptop would
not open my fitbit I found that putting the app on my phone did work.

It took me several days and many hours to finally get my Inspire HR to sync
with the app on my phone. I tried all of the suggestions that were posted
regarding the sync with no success. Then someone suggested that I turn the
Inspire HR app off on my phone and turn off my iPhone. After several
reboots of both my phone and Fitbit, my Inspire HR was finally able to sync
with my iphone?!?
I believe that it got messed up after I updated the software on my iPhone
to the previous ios. There is now an update for ios 13.6 but I am not
going to do the update because I don't want to go through that again.
