Screen is blank , still tracking and syncing

Tried to contact live chat but got kicked out and now it refuses to reconnect.  I'm so frustrated I was about to start a work out and went to select my exercise now my screen is not responding.

 

I tried to reset with the charger and contact support.  He said he was going to check my warranty and now I cant reconnect to the live chat.  Is this a common error?  Can I fix it or do I need to get a new tracker?

Thank you for sharing this information about the screen of your Fitbit device that is completely blank or not responding and for confirming that you had contacted the Support team. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team again for further assistance with this, and I was indeed informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. You should be receiving a reply soon with more clarification on how to proceed with this.
