The fitbit hr inspire will vibrate but the screen does not light up. Tried charging and syncing but still nothing

I've got the same issue. It was working perfectly yesterday and it went off mid-afternoon. I'm trying to sync now but its really slow.

I just spoke to the online help desk chat and they told me to attach this to the charger, make sure it vibrates when attached. Hold the button in for 5 seconds and a 🙂 should appear. This resets it and mine now works again.

I had the same problem. Got through to customer service via Twitter and they suggested I check the settings before escalating it. Turned out I had inadvertently turned off "Screen wake" function. Toggled it back on and it's all good now.
