Hey there! I just got my Inspire 2 today for my birthday. The screen wake and double tap are both on, DND and sleep are set to off, yet my double tap and screen wake are not functioning. Please help!

Hi, @Jupiter215, welcome, I find the "Inspire 2" needs a really firm tap, I use the side of my thumb.
