Screen won’t let me scroll

I got my Inspire Hr fit bit in June and it has just stopped letting me scroll from steps to anything else.

I regret to hear that you are having difficulties with the display of your Fitbit Inspire HR.

 

If you haven't done it already, please perform a restart by following these instructions. Whether this doesn't help, you can change the clock face of your device and go back to the original one.

 

I moved your post to the Inspire HR board because it is more related to the topic.
