Hi
Trying to set up my new fitbit inspire and it will not connect through bluetooth . I have tried turning on and off everything and still nothing. I'm I doing something wrong or could the fit bit be faulty? Anyone any ideas ??

Hi there. Need some clarification. Are you trying to connect the fitbit to the phone directly via bluetooth? If so this will not work. You need to connect through the Fitbit app. Go to the app store and download the Fitbit app. Run the app and then add the Inspire. You will need to set up a Fitbit account using an email address in order for the app to work.
