Hi, @Nparker1116 , the only way to update the time is to sync. If your time does not update that indicates that the sync failed.
You can usually force a sync by restarting your Fitbit. The instructions for restarting your Inspire series Fitbit are:
Plug in to charge as normal, and while it is still plugged in and charging press and hold the button for at least 5 seconds then release the button. When you see the smile icon your Fitbit has restarted.
The restart should initiate a sync.
Another usually reliable way of forcing a sync is to log out of your Fitbit account and log back in again (but do make sure you know the email address you used to set up your account, and your password) .
If neither of these works to get your time right then please post again letting us know which phone/ device you use to sync. There are more detailed ways of troubleshooting depending on your device. But hopefully the restart or the logout / log in will fix the issue.
