Setting up new Inspire

My fitbit will not pair through bluetooth with any device. I've restarted, turned bluetooth on and off, followed every troubleshooting tip. Nothing is working. Yes, they are compatible devices. Uninstalling and reinstalling  app doesnt work either.

I appreciate that you mentioned you have a compatible device. Could you let me know if your Inspire has been set up to your account? If it hasn't been paired, please confirm you're following this set up procedure and let me know the mobile device you're using.
