Sleep Score Not Appearing on Fitbit Inspire HR data

I've had the Fitbit Inspire HR for a week.  Out of 7 days the Sleep Score has only appeared 4.  Why the inconsistency and how do I fix it?

I to have issues with the sleep score. The machine is gathering the data but only occasionally displaying properly. If I manually add it is in a blocky format with no score. Customer services have not managed a solution as yet. Changing the sensitivity and trying on the dominant hand also looking for updates to the app. Any fresh ideas?
