Hi,
I've tried using the onboard backup feature but it appears to ignore, Sleep, Heart rate & step count. I'm away to upgrade to a Charge3 & want to make sure I capture all (ALL) my data before doing so. How do I do this? Fitbit dashboard holds no clues.
Regards

I forgot to add. My phone has also been playing up of late, so I'm looking to flatten it, reinstall it's OS & start over, so do not want to loose my progress on fit bit so far.

Hello @UncleFin,
Welcome to the community!
Your Fitbit tracker holds your activity data until it syncs. Once you sync the tracker it is stored in your account, if you want to verify this log in to your account from the website. None of it is really stored either on your tracker (after it syncs) or your phone; it is stored on the Fitbit servers.
This means that you can install a new tracker, switch phones, or reset your phone and as long as you log in to the same account (make sure you use the same e-mail), it'll all be there.
I hope this helps.
