My Alta HR Fitbit stopped accurately tracking sleep 4 days ago. Out of nowhere I get this notice:
Why did I not get basic Sleep Details?
your tracker couldn't get consistent heart-rate reading while you slept.
Before you ask:
Yes I fully charged it
Yes I reset it.
No I did not charge wrists that I am wearing it our band tightness or looseness.
I have seen other multiple complaints on Fitbit Forum.
What is going on Fitbit? Trying to force us to upgrade??? Hope not this is my favorite Fitbit feature.

Fitbit told me that my sleep sensitivity was set to high and I should change it to Normal to fix the problem. this worked. However I never changed it to high in the first place. I believe their last update changed it from normal to high. I don't like them changing my preferences during app updates but I do appreciate now that it is fixed. Thank you Fitbit

I've noticed this too, all I get is a dumbed down view without details of deep sleep or REM. Not happy at all.

Same situation on my Inspire. It either doesn't track sleep at all, or shows that I was sleeping at the same time that it was recording activity...
