Sleep Tracking

My Inspire HR tracker completes my sleeping cycle if I get out of bed temporarily in the middle of the night. For example, if I get out of bed to drink water at 3:00am, the tracker will calculate my total sleep hours at this point even if I get back to bed within a 5-minute range and sleep until 7:00am. Is there a way to correct/adjust this situation?

I usually sleep 6 hrs, but when I once in awhile get 7- 7.5 hrs I'm thrilled. I do take Valerian and Olly gummies but can't tell that they've helped yet.  My fitbit was showing me my REM sleep and light sleep fine the first couple of weeks, but since the last 3, it only shows how long I have slept. I want to know each morning and it's often blank now.
