I have checked through the forum and followed most of the suggestions for resolving issues with inspire and data synching. My problem started on 4th september, and I noticed no sleep activity on the app. Noticed loads of problems appearing with Android with the latest update so followed them but it has been a long time and nothing seems to have been resolved. I have found workarounds for most of the synch problems with activities, although not ideal as used to be automatic. The one problem that I have been unable to live with is needing to manually add sleep data. When I add sleep data manually it shows on the graphs my restless periods or awake, which seems to indicate that the data is there? When I check the inspire it shows the sleep icon "grey". Today I have rebooted the inspire, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, level 4.27 (cannot find 4.28 anywhere). Would be nice if the activities and sleep synch could be resolved but meanwhile do you have any other suggestion. I am looking to ask for a "new" tracker for Xmas but am loathe to ask for another fitbit in case I continue to have problems.
