Sleep data wiped off

My watch no longer shows any of my sleep data before May. It's simply disappeared!

Do you really mean on your watch?  I don't think you can see any sleep data on Inspire HR, and 1 week is the most on any device.

Perhaps do you mean on your phone app?

Hi,

I meant on the app. J

after I posted my query, my sleep data going back to February suddenly appeared on my app ( without the sleep scores), but it kept crashing and wouldn't respond.

I have since logged onto the Fitbit website and to look at my dashboard. The sleep data (going back to when I bought the watch in Nov last year) seems to all be there.

Should I uninstall/reinstall the app?

Cheers,

Karen

for my "disappearing act," it is not on the watch but does not sync to the app, and the app now suddenly does no show this category, or the historical data.

@Kazar12  I sometimes find scrolling back on graphs on on phone app can seem very slow, perhaps waiting for the data to download from the Fitbit database.  Sometimes it seems to help to scroll display back to area where data show, then back again slowly, which I realize is not really a solution, but for me it has always been "just" a display problem rather than data actually gone, as you verified by looking a the fitbit.com dashboard.

I have no clue about your app crashing, other than checking you don't have a newer app version waiting.
