Sleep restoration graph is missing

The graph showing your resting heart rate during sleep has disappeared.  It has disappeared from previous nights also (where it used to exist).  The screen does provide what your average heart rate was, but no graph?

I have a Charge2 and i noticed that the sleep restoration graph went missing after the latest update; I have turned off Bluetooth, restarted the Charge2, removed the device and set up a new one, but nothing has brought the graph data back.

I noticed this about a week ago. Thought it was a fluke for the day. Still no graph. 

Please fix this, FitBit.

Yes, has happened to my Inspire HR too, had anyone contacted Fitbit to see if they are going to issue me a fix?

My restoration and my husband’s has been gone for about three weeks, and all previous graphs

I contacted Fitbit support and was told it is a known problem as a result of their last firmware update. They are in the process of working on another update to resolve the problem.

Same thing on my Fitbit Charge 3...the sleep restoration graph is blank.

Heart rate restoration graph has been missing for weeks. It did appear once last week but then nothing again.  Also, my heart rate rarely is active (shows pumping heart) on main page

Sorry I have no info on when a fix is expected! I only know the last update did nothing!
