Fitbit has been working fine but overnight my sleep score didn’t display even though the hours were shown.  This has happened at the same time for my husband too.  He has a charge3 Fitbit.  We have tried all the usual - logging out, restarting, checking for updates etc.  Any other ideas please?

I finally got around to checking here to see if the Sleep Score issue was fixed and found your solution to reboot device.  I tried that as I did not have a Heart Rate ON/OFF at settings.  I did the reboot and it got stuck with a the Fitbit icon and a whole lot of text.  Then my Inspire was stuck.  Did a search on how to restart the device and finally got it working. 

 

Then I did what someone else said and found it on my actual device.  Not sure when or why it was turned off but it is back on now and I can see my heart beats on the device and hope therefore it will work tonight to show my sleep score tomorrow.

 

Love how this Community helps each other to find solutions.

Hi. I just got my first Fitbit!  Sense. I had a sleep score for 4 nights and now it won’t log the s ore. I see details of my sleep but no score. My app is up to date. I’ve logged off and back in….
