Sleep screen on Fitbit Inspire doesn't work

My Fitbit used to record my sleep on the device, but now, the sleep screen is dark (not lit up).

Hi @MomGreen, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since it won't record your sleep on the device.

 

Please restart your Inspire as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the sleep option works properly.
