When is Fitbit going to do a new update to fix sleep data not showing on Inspire 2, it has been some time since working. I had a InspireHR it wasn’t working so I bought a new inspire2 and wonder of wonders it doesn’t show on that also.

Hello I have exactly the same problem whereas my fitbit does not show any sleep data, it worked when I first got it & everything was fine, but then it just stopped - it logs on app on phone but not on the device itself. It is rather frustrating & I would like to know how to fix this please.

Going thru the same bull**ahem** it periodically stops working for no reason then my wife has to wipe clean then reload this time it just gives basic sleep score and is not logging all of my sleep !I need this to track my sleep apnea to guide my treatment plan . ENOUGH you technology geeks need to leave **ahem** alone just because you can change stuff doesn’t mean you should !!!😴😴😴

On my second one. First one was replaced with a refurbished model. Have not had a full sleep report with it either. Such a joke as I have spent hours online trouble shooting

It is such a pain in the **ahem**. They keep you captive in their chats and never really solve the problem. I am pissed that they sent me a refurbished as a replacement

Yes. Mine has done it a few times. It did it for the first time after I downloaded the app on my new phone. My sleep mode was turned off on my device. The app was no longer compatible with my old phone..I hope it is just a glitch.

I just bought my Inspire 2 and last night was the first night of sleeping with it. The data is showing on the app but nothing on the screen. Everything I’ve seen about this issue was from 2020. It’s now 2022 and still an issue?

I bought my inspire 2 recently an I'm having the same issue. I can't believe after two years this is still an issue. Very disappointing.
