My sleep tracker isn’t tracking my sleep stages. Plenty of battery life and not to loose on my wrist. What can I do about this?

I went on-line and chatted with them. They trouble shouted with me and then said they would send me a new tracker. You might want to contact them.

I’ve had mine for a week and am seeing the same issue. Some nights it reports only basic sleep information.

For almost three months it's been fine, this just started. Now it doesn't have my heartbeat on inspiration HR. It does on the app. What is going on?

I am new to Fitbit and bought it for sleep data.The first 4 nights I got a complete sleep record.I took the thing off to charge and since then it is hit and miss.Does not seem to matter how far away from my wrist bone or how tight.
I am pissed.

Same here. The icon on the screen is greyed out and no sleep data is being tracked. Have tried a reset but no change. It is brand new.

Mine is that way too.
Feel ripped off cause the sleep report function was the main reason I bought it.

I don't know what you mean by sleep stages, but if I get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, my Inspire seems to think I've gotten up so it's recording maybe 3-4 hours of sleep and won't pick up when I go back to bed for another 3-4 hours. It's SO inaccurate it's laughable.

I talked with Fitbit on-line and they said to restart it. I did and same problem. They are sending me a new one. Mine was under warranty. To restart it I put the fitbit on the charger and held the button down for 10 seconds, then released the button and a smile appears, that means it's reset. You might want to try that.

I did that too,now last night it gave me a full report but was 4 hours out on when I went to bed.

I JUST got Inspire HR couple of days ago and exactly the same is happening to me (I set up everything properly as other functions work) - when clicking on a specific day tile, the graph that shows up only shows a "sleep pattern" - "asleep, restless, and awake" data. Weekly graph is the only place even mentioning REM, Light, and Deep icons, but the bar represented as my result corresponds to "No Stages" icon. Also, as someone else mentioned here, on the watch display, only the Moon icon is greyed out and not functioning.

I'm happy to report that during an online chat with customer service, they trouble-shooted and were able to resolve the issue. 🙂
