After the Fitbit switch to google the inspire2 is no longer recording sleep. Is there a fix?

Hi, @RLH88 , the switch to Google should not have affected sleep tracking.  Could you give us a little more information about the issue that you are experiencing so that someone can help you with this?  It’s usually most helpful if you could let us know what phone you use to sync your Fitbit and also what you are seeing - simplified sleep (=no sleep stages etc) or no sleep detection at all…. Are you experiencing anything else with your Inspire 2?

There’s always someone here to help.  Welcome to the forums!

I have the same issue. My inspire 2 has just stopped logging my sleep altogether. I have updated it and tried closing the app and refreshing etc. It just says “no data”. Is this fixable?

thanks,

I haven't switched to Google but am also finding my sleep tracking doesn't save. Today it hadn't saved. I tried to log it manually today but the app says sleep has already been logged, yet there is no sleep data, not even the summary. I've tried turning my phone off and on and signing off the app. Nothing has helped.

I have the same issue. Tried all the suggested fixes, no joy. Now thinking of ditching Fitbit for something more reliable
