My inspire was perfect for two months and then it just stopped tracking my sleep. After ten days of back and forth with Fitbit support where they suggested restarting/changing to dominant hand (all of which is tried myself) their final advice was “if you put your Fitbit on your wrist it will track sleep automatically”. What did they think - I’d left it on the kitchen table all this time?! I now just want my money back. Is there a uk number I can call to speak to a human? Or had any got any sensible suggestions how to fix this issue?
