When I bought my Fitbit inspire hr one
of the main reasons I picked it was the sleep tracking. I have a medical condition and when I’m going to get a flare up one of the first things to note is I get very disturbed sleeping patterns so hopefully with the Fitbit I’d see the sleeping patterns change so I could act sooner to prevent a flare up. I’ve had the Fitbit on for 17 sleeps and 7 of which I’m only getting simplified tracking. All my sleeps at night have been over 6 hours, but it didn’t track one sleep that was nearly 9 hours. I’ve tried adjusting the strap but it’s not helped and when I wake up in the morning there is always 30%+ battery life. When I’m a sleep I always sleep on my side and just flip sides according to my partner next to me.
What can I do to stop getting the simplified sleep? I know it will happen occasionally but this is ridiculous how much it’s happening now.

I am having the same issue! I paid for the premium plan so it would give me better sleep info and I only seem to get it once or twice a week. Very frustrating to say the least.
