Last night I had very poor sleep (possibly 2-3 hours) yet my Fitbit Inspire 2 registered 7 hours 35 minutes.
Can anyone help?

@Rabbit09 If you are laying in bed but not sleeping, it's not always accurate. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and lay in bed for several hours, but my Fitbit will think I'm sleeping because my resting heart rate is still low enough. There's not much you can do except edit your sleep log. I did that this morning. I was awake at 5am and laid in bed on my phone until 5:45am, but my Fitbit thought I was asleep. I edited my sleep log to show that I woke up at 5am.

My inspire 2 has been sending a random shock down my arm, not only that but it's not tracking my sleep at all either

Thank You Heather-M!
I am new to Fit Bit. Bought on Friday. I'm trying to regulate my sleep as I have chronic sleep insomnia. I did get a shock when the fitbit said I had 7 hours sleep and I actually had less than 5 hours! It was so helpful to receive your information!
kind regards.
