I am new to fitbit I've only been using it 3 weeks and the step counter on my fitbit inspire HR completely froze at 11:45 pm it would not budge despite walking over a hundred steps. I've reset it 3 times and at midnight it reset to 0 steps and now will not count anything. Help!

Thanks for troubleshooting your Inspire HR. This is not a normal behavior. Restarting your Fitbit should be solving those inconvenience. Please remove it from your Fitbit account and from the Bluetooth settings of your phone. Then, you can set it up as a new device. Restart your Fitbit before trying those steps.

Reseting it did not help. The only thing that worked was waiting until midnight for the step counter to reset to zero and then it started working again.
Not sure what happened but hopefully it was a one time glitch.
