Hi. My job means I have to wear soft soled shoes and I find my fitbit is not recording my steps. Have tried moving my arms more but still not working.

Me too. I am beyond frustrated with my step count. It will count for a while then for some reason it stops, have also tried moving arms. I can actually be walking and looking at the step count and it is not moving.  Then it restarts.
