Just checking you didn't really mean stride length.
I have not used swimming so not positive, but my understanding is there is no stroke length setting, but distance is calculated from lap length setting and number of laps.
To set pool length on Inspire HR, in Exercise App, when get to Swim but before tapping start arrow, scroll down to Pool Settings where you can set pool length and units.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
