Hello,
I recently bought the fitbit inspire and setup everything up and for some odd reason my fit bit is stuck on the setup screen. i tried doing a soft reset and didn't work.

Has your inspire been setup to your Fitbit account, and its firmware been loaded?

Having purchased the Fitbit inspire yesterday for my daughter it’s also stuck in the set up screen on the fit bit which is not allowing me to connect it to my iPhone Bluetooth any ideas?

I have the same problem and have installed and uninstalled the app - rebooted my phone, turned bluetooth on and off and still not connecting. Am considering returning the fitbit as is too much trouble! really bad!
