When using the Swim Exercise mode and having entered the pool length, I checked the exercise details in my phone. Each time the laps are totaled in an odd number. This would leave me on the other side of the pool from where I started. It appears to be entering an extra lap. I turn it off immediately after my swim.

Hi @SaratogaSarah I understand what you are saying - I have had it happen to me. Try restarting the Inspire HR as it might just be a glitch. Appart from that the best thing you can do is exagerate your turns a bit by pausing briefly at the end - just a half second, not a lot (if it is missing the odd turn), or if it is adding extra laps then make sure your swim stroke is very even and steady as it must be picking up something from your movement. Good luck!

I’ve tried different things and it still will either add a lap or miss a lap leaving me with an odd number of laps, which would then leave me at the other end of the pool from where I started. There is an option to edit distance or time but oddly no option to edit lap count. I have to rely on my manual finger lap counter for accuracy.
