For 2 days my new Fitbit worked beautifully. This morning the app "synced" at about 10am but would not refresh again. I followed the instructions about connecting my Fitbit to charge and restarting it. The app will still not refresh and it says no device found! Also the Fitbit has lost all my activity for today even though your user guide said this would be retained.
Please help.
I'm on my 3rd inspire HR. It works for 2-3 days, then can't synch, no bluetooth, no recognition what so ever. very, very frustrated. I think the Inspire HR is faulty, and not worth paying for. Am going to ask for my money back. AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH.
