I tried to sync my Inspire HR to the windows 10 Fitbit app, but it told me that I needed a Fitbit Dongle.

 

Help?

Let me help you syncing your Inspire HR with your computer. You can sync your tracker with your computer but you will need to have bluetooth 4.0 integrated on it or you will need to use the USB syncing dongle. To help sync your device you can follow these instructions.

Let me know how it goes.

The dongle no longer works in Windows 10. It worked for months, now the Inspire HR can no longer be found. Help!!!!
