Syncing Issues

My last sync was on December 31, 2019. Prior to this date, I have not had any issues regarding this syncing process. I currently use a Huawei P20 and my Fitbit is an Inspire HR and is up to date. 

It isn't syncing, what can I do?

Hi @Vanessa.chalifo  Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List.  Often phones not on the list can work, but are subject to stopping working if something changes (usually and update to phone or tracker). All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
