syncing is very difficult. nowadays, the only way i can sync inspire hr with windows 10 computer is by disconnecting-reconnecting. and when it does sync, everything is fine (all data up to date) except for this message in red:
"échec de la connexion. redémarrez l'application pour réessayer. bonding result: true, pairing result: false."
what can i do to get back to normality?q

how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Windows 10 computer that's preventing the syncing procedure to be smoothly completed.
