Syncing issue?

Hi. 

 

Fitbit is suddenly not logging my food intake. It was working fine up until about a few hours ago. I was crossing between Quebec and New Brunswick and was trying to get my watch to sync with my phone for the correct time. I had to physically go into the app and adjust the time zone. After that, it stopped logging my food intake for the day (I had things logged in from the day, and now the calorie intake is just showing zero). It's also showing Monday instead of Sunday, which doesn't make sense at all. Hoping for some assistance. Thanks!

@SarahAl2009 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

 

Could you please go to fitbit.com (Online Dashboard)  and verify if you can input your data there. 
Also , on you phone, go to settings>apps>Fitbit app. And clear the cache. 

Don't worry all synced data is saved on your account.
