Me too, and I just got it for Christmas. This is the second FitBit I've that this happened to. The first was a Versa, which the company would not replace. Worst warranty EVER!!!! They don't stand behind their products.
Best AnswerI called FitBit Customer Service at 877-623-4997 and spoke with a very nice person who walked me through “Resetting my Inspire HR”. I just put the band on the charger. Hold the button for 5 seconds. Release and a smiley-face displays on the screen. I was back in business. Hope this helps someone. Best regards/

Does NOT work for me. The fit bit is not seen by any IOS phones or devices, is not broadcasting any blue tooth signal. Mine went blank when updating for the first time. I let it update for almost 2hrs and the watch just seemed to have died during the update. No response to tapping, 5 sec reset, etc.
Best AnswerJust had mine as a gift. Says it is fully charged in app but there is just a horizontal pink line across the screen and it doesn't respond at all.
