Where do I mail the Fitbit HR for repairs?

They don't do repairs.  But if your problem is wrong time, getting it to sync will fix it.  It gets date and time from sync device at each sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Syncing (synchronization) is when the data from the tracker on your wrist, your phone app, and the main Fitbit database get all the data transferred and all the same.  It involves bluetooth between your tracker and phone, and wi-fi between your phone and main Fitbit database. You an read more about it here: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
