Hi,
I'm having trouble with the time on my device and app. When I choose the option to use the network time and automatically detect my location, the app shows the correct time but my device is an hour behind.
When I manually select the time zone and location, the device shows the correct time but the app is an hour ahead, meaning that all my reminders go off an hour early. I found a possible solution in another topic (see below). This seemed to work at first (when I logged back into the app) but now it's a few hours later and my device is an hour behind again. Does anyone know how to fix this?
This is what I have already tried:

Nice to see you around @Beegirl1980.
Thanks for trying all those steps. Your Fitbit App should be changing automatically with your phone if the App has the "Automatic Time Zone" on in the "Advance Settings" in the option Time Zone. I would like to know why don't you use the "Automatic" in both phone and Fitbit App.
1. On the Setting on your phone
4. Tap "General."
5. Tap "Date & Time."
6. Ensure that "Set Automatically" is ON.
7. Reopen the Fitbit app. The issue should now be resolved.
I'm sure this will work, keep me posted!

I have to manually set the time on my phone because the network time is incorrect, it is one hour behind the actual time. This is because the region I am in no longer uses daylight saving time and the rest of the country does, and my phone does not recognize this new time zone.
What I don't understand is why there is a time discrepancy between my app and my device when I manually set the time on the app, because my phone shows the correct time but the app does not.
