On my inspire HR, the time is 13.46 but my watch displays it as 01.46. I go onto the Fitbit.com site and change it between 12 hour and 24 hour clock in settings but there's no change. How do I fix this show that it shows the correct time?

Personal Settings, Advanced, Clock display time--can choose 12 or 24 hour
