I am relatively satisfied with the Inspire HR, but the "failed to synch" message that I get every 2-3 days and then having to play with the bluetooth or delete and reinstall the app is ridiculous. Before anyone posts tips on what to do what it does not; please do not bother. I know how to fix it; but the frustration from having to do it is unacceptable. I will not be recommending a fitbit to anyone nor buying another in the future.
