How do I get total steps & miles for 1,3,6,& 12 months on my inspire hr on iPhone?

I don't know if you can get it on the iOS app but, if not, you can get it via the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/activities

 

If you click on the "Today" you get an option to specify a start and end date you are interested in and it will then give you totals for steps and distance for that range.
