Touch Screen Not Responding

My Fitbit Inspire touchscreen stopped responding last night. I can touch the side button and it will show the time, but that is it. It is still tracking, because I can see that in my app. I tried to reset it by attaching it to the charger and holding down the side button, but it won't reset. It doesn't even show that it is charging?? Any idea as to what I should try next?? I only had it about a month, and I love it! I use it everyday, please help!

Mine is doing the same. It is less than a  year old.

Mine stopped responding last night, too.  Why?

I hooked mine up to the charger, then held the side button for 10 seconds. Once the smiley face showed up, watch was reset, then everything started to work again.
