My touchscreen on my fitbit hr will not scroll at all...I have tried the restart and it still isn't working...I even tried changing the clock face and that still did not work....the battery isn't lasting 24hrs but hopefully the restart will help with that...is there anything else I can do

Sorry for the delay. Thanks a lot for trying to restart your Inspire HR and for changing the clock face too. I'd recommend wait until you get the information from our team, as I've requested a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support. Please reply with the information that they need to check your warranty options.
