Tracking frozen

My Inspire HR tracking is frozen.

 

Im walking around looking at the step counter and it’s stopped. I’ve probably done a couple hundred steps and the number won’t budge.

 

Today is my first day using it, kind of frustrated

Hi @Kikicakes That sounds odd! If it is still stuck when you get near your charger, try restarting it a few times and see if that fixes it. Please come back if you continue to have problems.

It started up again when I plugged it in to the charger. But now it has frozen again.
