Two fit it's One Email Account

  • We have 2 fit bits and one email address.  We can't get both registered. Keeps saying you have already used that email address.  We have 1 Inspire and 1 inspire HR

If these are for 2 different people, you need a separate email/account for each.

Hopefully you have 2 different sync devices.  If not, you will have to keep logging out of one account and into the other.

 

 

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
