USB 3.0 charging?

I just got my first FitBit, and I was wondering what methods of charging are supported. I know with some devices like smartphones, the slightly higher amperage can reduce longterm battery life, so I was hesitant to plug it into a USB 3 or wall-connected USB. Unfortunately I couldn't find any FaQs or documentation on the matter, so I would like to know if there is an official recommendation for or against using just about any USB port available.

Hi @ElanB  - congratulations on your new Inspire! If you look at the Inspire user manual, page 7, you will find recommendations for charging.
