Unable to change clock face

Just purchased Inspire HR. It is tracking and it syncs activity from tracker but it won't let me change phone face or open any of the fitbit features on the app such as exercises, timer, or settings.  It shows the "processing" circle but it never opens so I can't view or change it.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy S 5 sport. I have reinstalled the device and Fitbit app numerous times to no avail. I am thinking of returning it. I had the Alta but wanted to monitor HR and want more exercoses that it auto-recognizes. The Alta doesn't auto-recognize my circuit training ,  weight lifting or yoga . I may just return it

Hi @DHolmes2, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. This seems to be related with the Fitbit app on your phone rather than the Inspire HR itself, therefore, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply.

Having same issue,  have tried uninstall in app Samsung Note 4, Android 6.0.1, Fitbit Inspire HR, reboot of phone and fitbit. Please help. Have set up and synced successfully. No clock face change,  just sits there cycling. Thank you and God bless.
