i’ve only gotten simplified sleep data since April 26.
I have tried trouble shooting and looked at the info pages for sleep tracking. I have tightened the wrist strap, use automatic sleep tracking, and have regular sleep routines. I have slept longer than 3 hours, and I don’t edit my sleep time.
I have tried restarting my Fitbit, turning my phone on and off, closing and restarting the app. My battery is above 40% when I go to sleep.
but I’m still getting simplified sleep data. Sleep tracking is The main reason why I bought the inspire HR.
Any suggestions?

How do you do a soft reset?

Not necessary to explain soft reset. Looked it up (which I should have done in the first place of course) 😁

For some reason my heart rate was already turned off. I'm going to wait and see if simply turning it on fixes the problem. If it doesn't work again tonight, I'll follow up with the additional steps. I'll check back in when it works! Thanks.

I’ve tried every method that I’ve heard on the internet and it seems that Fitbit is unable to keep track of my sleep in a stable, consistent and reliable way.

My Inspire HR has worked well for several months but a week ago it stopped giving the sleep score and giving the detailed sleep stages. For the last two nights it shows me being awake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in the middle of the night when I'm very sound asleep. I've tried every fix on this site, the battery is full, heart rate is on, I've restarted it several times, it's on sensitive, etc.
This is not a rare problem for Fitbit. I purchased one in January, but had to exchange it because it didn't work. The replacement is only 6 months old. How do I get it working correctly again?

Hi Marco. I have been reading these posts because my Inspire HR hasn't recorded my Sleep stages since the 10th June - with the exception of two nights - the 14th and 15th June when sleep data reappeared - I have had simplified sleep data only.
I have followed the advice you provided in this message stream, switching heart rate off and doing a soft restart then switching it back on again and switching to sensitive - but this has not changed my simplified sleep data.
I havent had any issues with sleep data up until now and have been very happy with my fitbit - so I'm trying to understand what has changed with my fitbit and what can be done to fix this.
